A recent chance to capture fresh photography of Black Ven using a quadcopter has enabled the creation of an updated model for this impressive landslide system. Significant changes have taken place since previous monitoring efforts conducted between 1989 and 2005: http://geomaticsjc.lboro.ac.uk/CHCC/index.htm, which documented spatial transformations that occurred between 1948 and 2005 using archival aerial photography.
