Black Path
thingiverse
Black Path is a two-player board game played on a grid board invented by Larry Black in the 1960s. The game is played on a square board divided into squares, with each non-empty square filled with one of two types of tiles. Tiles come in three configurations: joining two adjacent sides of a square in pairs. Two of these configurations are from the Truchet tiling pattern. One edge of the board is designated as the starting point for the path. Players take turns placing a tile after the current end of the path, extending it. The path can return to previously filled squares and follow unused segments on them. The first player to cause the path to run into the edge of the board loses.
