Black Mountain Pinto bike - even lower saddle

I bought this growing bike from Black Mountain (model Pinto), suitable for kids 92cm tall (about 2 years) and up to 4 or 5 years old. It's a great bike, one of the lightest on the market - surprisingly difficult to find - with an adjustable aluminium frame that will last longer than others. The minimum size starts at 90 or 92cm, but our son was still too tall for it (tip-toeing only). He didn't have much fun this way... I redesigned the original saddle, scraping off 5cm from it. It's not fixed to the bike, just slides in the saddle pole hole. I left a hole for an M6 screw to reinforce the printed pole piece - just screw until the end, it should help prevent layer separation when stressed during riding. Now our son rides it like a pro, arm-length and brake grip fitting perfectly - he looks like a little mountain biker! It's unlikely, but I hope someone else will have fun with this bike.
