Placed during Black Lives Matter police protest led by black youth and highly educated individuals on July 11th, 2020 in Pittsburgh's Lawrenceville neighborhood. Among many reforms, this protest specifically sheds light on PA Section 508, the Use of Force Law in Pennsylvania, which is a law that allows force to be used under broad circumstances based on their actual belief about the situation, and shields individual police officers from liability even when warrants are wrong or falsified. The rights to this work remain reserved by its creators, who choose to remain anonymous. This scan is a duplicate of the physical installation still visible on July 13th, 2020, when it was captured.
