The very "turntable" originated from a genuine helicopter designed in Germany prior to World War II by Fletcher himself. A prototype of the Hummingbird was actually tested by the Kriegsmarine, and remarkably, an order was placed for 1,000 units - although only 20 were successfully produced before the war ended. This is a precise replica of an antique and extremely rare piece of equipment.
