"Black" Heirloom Tomato

These dark, almost black eggplants have a rich, deep flavor reminiscent of a cross between a Roma tomato and a cherry tomato. The seeds were carefully dried and saved for next year's crop, as they are open-pollinated and will consistently produce offspring that retain their parent plant's characteristics. Captured in 30 high-resolution images by RealityCapture, the process took just under six minutes to complete.
