The Black Diamond Spot 2009 Headlamp has a design flaw where plastic detents can easily break off. This then renders the headlamp a floppy and ineffective tool. To restore detent functionality where you can once again adjust the headlamp angle and have it hold, you can print this simple fix. I recommend PLA because it is harder and will make a good detent. It is also very dimensionally accurate. No supports needed. Friction fit, no glue needed. Simply insert where broken tabs are missing.See pics for more info:
