I upgraded my Black Diamond Spot headlight with a new replacement clip since mine broke down. It's clear that these parts have been in demand as a spare item, judging from online listings even when out of stock - so I'm not alone in needing one. Printing the clip with 100% infill turned out to be overkill, but it was worth it for added strength; however, there were some stubborn supports that needed to be removed and sharp edges that required a file to smooth them out. The new clip doesn't quite click into place with the ratchet tilt mechanism on my light, yet its snug fit ensures the headlight stays put when I adjust the angle. In time, it might become necessary to modify this design to improve engagement with the mechanism.
