My mom purchased a B&D steam mop yesterday from their website (https://www.blackanddecker.co.uk/products/home-products/steam-cleaners/steammop-deluxe/fsm1630). She attempted to use it but mistakenly grabbed the water tank, causing the plastic hook to detach abruptly and break instantly. It appears the design is not very robust on its own, I suspect it might be prone to breaking off easily for others as well. I created a more durable one using Openscad, and I've made it available if anyone needs it. I uploaded the Openscad script for reference purposes only, but it's intended to be used as-is without any modifications.
