Black & Decker vacuum adapter (A5525) for BD 765PE and others Original measurements: saw end - 35mm outer diameter / 30mm inner diameter vacuum end - 38mm outer diameter / 35mm inner diameter I've made the Inner diameter of the vacuum side 34mm (1mm less inner diameter) so that my old vacuum hose made a very tight friction fit (I was annoyed with the official part which was too loose for me and got disconnected due to severe vibrations while cutting to often) . On the saw side I added 0.01mm for a firmer fit there as well.
