Black & Decker batteries for Hyper Tough Drill
thingiverse
I did a combination of the plate for Hyper Tough 20V Adapter by dboymuthafuqa, Black & Decker 20 V battery model by Simhopp, and a part from Adapter for Black&Decker Lithium Ion batteries by fdavies. And threw in a little bit of editing of my own. Thank you to each of you! You will have to run wires to make the connections, but it is fairly strait forward. You can use hot glue to fill in the large voids so the connections don't pull out. You run the wires in the cut out spaces so they are out of the way. I used donor parts for the clips to catch the drill contacts. I had some from an old broken drill, but you can find them on bad B&D batteries also. I am sure that you can probably purchase something similar, but not sure where they would be. For the spade connector for the B&D battery part you can use any appropriate size spade clip that will fit. You will need to print with breakaway supports and do some minor cleanup because of the supports. It was really no big deal as long as you get all of the excess material out of the way. (Also see my note about what happened when cleaning up the supports.) If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to help resolve any confusions/problems you might have.
