Black & Decker 7604 Router Base

My Old Black & Decker 7604-04 Router fell off the work bench and cracked the original base plate into many small bits. I finally got around to making a new one but I didn't have the original to use as a reference because I had thrown it out long ago. This one should work fine for basic use. I may modify it later to have an attachable vacuum connector, LED or fence as needed. Print Settings Printer: Two Trees Sapphire Pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25% Filament: Generic PLA PLA Notes: There are 4 small countersunk screw holes on the bottom that could require support. I forgot to add them but it still printed with no issues. A Brim may be required depending on your bed and material used. I had nothing, but PLA tends to stick well to my print surface. I will probably reprint this later with PETG if I decide on a final version as it is a power tool and PLA is a bit weak for 30,000 RPM. Category: Parts
