Asta's Demon-Destroyer sword from the Black Clover anime series is a precise replica of this iconic weapon. I designed my third attempt at creating this sword to match its authentic appearance as closely as possible, scaling it down to fit a 3-foot threaded rod. Coincidentally, it fits perfectly with Asta's age in the anime. I've included all necessary details for those interested in replicating this sword, so they know exactly what to expect. He possesses an extraordinary sword that shatters all magical defenses, absorbing and negating spells with ease. Asta stores this powerful sword in his five-leaf grimoire, ready to unleash it at will. With its incredible abilities, he's able to claim victory over even the most skilled mages! The thought of Asta wielding this sword is exhilarating - All your magical powers belong to me! Since I haven't had a chance to print one yet, I'll post pictures of my printed version and provide any necessary updates for those who have purchased these files. This design was crafted with ease of assembly in mind, utilizing 1/4"x20 coupling nuts and a 3-foot 1/4"x20 threaded rod to secure each piece. Between segments (a total of seven), I used a pair of 5/16" tubes to maintain stability and prevent the sword from rotating out of alignment. Although rods could be used instead, tubes offer a lighter alternative without compromising performance. The blade itself is divided into four segments, approximately 160 mm long each, allowing for manageable print times. The handle is a single piece that will be securely attached to the guard using strong adhesive, ensuring it remains firmly in place. The guard features side holes for the 1/4"x20 coupling nuts and threaded rod, enabling users to permanently attach a 12-inch 1/4"x20 threaded rod on each side. This design allows for added stability and makes handling easier.
