This concept design was created based on Black Board's specifications. The design focuses on aesthetics, a unique and ergonomic shape, and portability (handheld). It consists of two halves, top & bottom, joined by snap fits. The top surface features three LED lights for Bluetooth, power/sleep mode, and low battery indication, with two additional LEDs for future use. The removable battery is accessed via a lid that opens and closes with screws. Some fine-tuning remains on the battery side. The built-in NFC allows for wall mounting using 3M tape-fixed accessories; the NFC can be easily secured to the wall with a twist and lock mechanism. Additionally, the charger is designed for both battery charging and desktop use.
