Black and Decker Steam Mop (HSM13E1) Cord Retainer

This is a cord retainer for the Black & Decker classic 1 speed steam mop (model HSM13E1). The mop only has a single cord retainer at the top which makes it hard to wrap. This mounts over the bottom of the handle so you can loop the cord. There are two version, the first has a captured nut and corresponding M3x10 screw to hold it in place. This is the version I used. The second (full circle) version is a pretty tight fit on its own, so you can hold it in place by simply wrapping some tape on the handle so it can't slide past where you want it.
