Black and Decker Li-ion charger

I am redesigning a charger specifically for charging a 3s2p 5Ah Li-ion battery pack that fits snugly into an old Ni-Cd battery case for use with a BnD power tool. I've utilized six 18650 2500mAh Li-ion cells and a budget-friendly 3s BMS sourced from AliExpress in the battery pack. Meanwhile, the charger employs an LM2596 DC-DC step-down module set to provide a stable 12.4V at 1A output. It takes several hours for the battery pack to reach full charge, but with any luck, it will far outlast its predecessor.
