Black and Decker Citrus Juicer Fix Parts
thingiverse
The Black and Decker CJ650W Citrus Juicer has a couple design flaws that I made parts to address. 1. The hex on the shaft is too small and/or the hex in the juicer cone is too large. This caused the hex on the shaft to spin inside the hole in the juicer cone. It skipped, felt kind of like a stripped gear. I printed this super thin, tapered, hexagonal sleeve to tightly fit over the hex on the shaft, slightly increasing its size. This successfully prevents the shaft from skipping. 2. The retention detents on the pulp control thing aren't strong enough to prevent the torque from rotating the pulp control thing. It slips back and forth as the juicer reverses. I designed a clip that provides extra holding force for the detents. These clips help, though it still sometimes rotates.
