Panel mount for an obscure Chinese USBMach V2.0 interface board/motion controller and two IMS483 step drivers (now obsolete - Gecko GR214V is a drop-in replacement). 5 axis Mach 3 USB machine interface (Amazon/eBay - $12 when I bought them). It appears that this board only works with Mach 3. Installed during a quickie HF lathe 2 axis CNC conversion in place of a Ethernet smoothstepper interface and G540 motion controller (each of which would cost more than the value of the finished machine...).Update: Surprisingly, no issues at all with this inexpensive controller board after using 2-3 times a week for months. Some of these controller boards come with USB connector offset quite a ways to one side or the other. Added several reservoir and filter capacitors that are not shown in photos.Added second mount for Dell DA-2 Y2515 (et.al) 12V 18A switching power supply, which attaches with it's original case screws.Cut with plasma from 11ga steel, bent, and powder coated with PPG gloss black. DB-9 outputs and 40x40mm fans (not shown). 3mm and 1/4in. fasteners.Cheapo motion controller board worked well after replacing an opto-isolator to better support 2500 PPM input from spindle index.
