I'm excited to try out this maker thing for the first time, and I kept things simple. I really liked the design of the OP Titan Aero mount, but I wanted to give the BL Touch a shot instead - unfortunately, I didn't find anything that caught my eye, so I decided to print the mount and then modify the IR sensor mount to fit the BL Touch perfectly. I think printer settings and final size will make a big difference in how well the part fits and turns out, but it does fit nicely and provides a great location while keeping a clear view of the hot end.
