BL-Touch Mount REMIX

This is a remix of a BL-Touch Mount by SStainBA. Remix was performed in Fusion 360. Changes include: - Enlarged nut holes to facilitate easy insertion of nuts. - Expanded cable pass-through dimensions to accommodate both ends of the cable. When printing the original v4 version, the BL-Touch side of the cable could not fit through the hole, but this modification resolves that issue. - Elevated the BL-Touch by reducing the width of the peninsula. - The original Z Offset was approximately -4.2mm; for the v5 model, it should be around -1.28mm. An additional model with an offset of approximately -2.2mm has also been included. Measured XY offsets using the sketch tool from the center of the BL-Touch probe to the center of the stock Ender 3 nozzle location: X: -40.625 Y: -7.32
