Mount the BL Touch sensor securely. The mount is engineered to enable seamless integration of the BL Touch sensor into my A8 Dual Bowden setup without requiring any major part reprinting. It effortlessly slips in behind the fans. Printing occurs without support structures. The mount is precision-designed with all specified mounting dimensions incorporated, eliminating the need for shims or sanding to achieve optimal height. To ensure accuracy, I recommend slowing down your print speed and utilizing the best resolution your printer can offer. This will help fine-tune the mount's performance. By incorporating this sensor, you can remove the servo/Z sensor from the rear of the carriage, resulting in slightly increased X travel and print area. The mount positions the sensor at X -26.98, Y -26.8 relative to the left extruder nozzle. I opted for X -27, Y -27; however, you will need to carefully set the Z offset based on your nozzle height. Double-check your wiring and polarity before connecting the new sensor. I reused wires from the rear servo and switch.
