BK117 Clutch Cap Removal Tool

This is a custom Clutch Cap Removal Tool for use on BK117 type Helicopters. Check out the pictures for assembly instructions and watch the video to see it in action. I highly recommend printing this tool with strong material, 100% infill or have Shapeway print it from Strong Flexible Plastic (Nylon). I've printed two myself using Taulman's Alloy 910 and Polymaker's PC-Plus and both feel like they should hold up well under heavy use. Please note that this is a beta version tool, as I haven't had the chance to test it in real-world conditions yet. However, feel free to print and test it yourself - any feedback you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Other essential components include two Jam Nuts with 1/4"-20 threads, which can be found at McMaster-Carr under P/N:93839A029 or in your local hardware store. You'll also need one Lock Nut with 1/4"-20 threads from McMaster-Carr under P/N:990566A029 or a local hardware store.
