BK117-C2 Long Drive Shaft Bearing Tool

Updated 06/01/2015, This tool is designed for installing bearings onto the Long Drive Shaft of a BK117-C2 Helicopter. It helps get the bearings past two rivet rows. See Instructions for details. Update 6/01/15 *I finished printing the latest version in Alloy 910 and tested it successfully. No further changes are required. Update 5/28/15 *The original version was tested and proved effective. Minor adjustments were made afterwards. These modifications include, 1) Optimizing the tool's depth and adding a solid end stop at the bottom. 2) Widening and adjusting the six rivet slots slightly. These changes are minor, so if you printed the first version, it should still work well. Note The original version is no longer available. The latest update has been uploaded to the file section.
