I can handle basic tasks with mechanical instinct and practical know-how, even without formal training. I always use ABS material but other materials are also suitable. It's an affordable solution that works flawlessly for heavy equipment on my FPV Bixler. The main frame needs to be printed vertically, making contact with the build plate. I attach the hooks on arms, wing base, and main frame to the fuselage using two-component glue. Affordable RC car shock absorbers (85 mm) are ideal. Enlarge the holes at 4 mm with a drill to connect the arms to the main frame. Choose any four screws you prefer to secure the shock absorbers to the hooks. I'm thrilled to watch landings that mimic real planes - no bounces and perfect alignment to the ground. Add wheels as desired and fit them into arm holes for extra stability.
