Bixler 1.1 Air Intake and Outlet ( Canopy and Servo Hatch )
thingiverse
I designed an ESC cooling system for my Bixler 1.1 after noticing the ESC got extremely hot because of a lack of airflow within the fuselage. The issue is caused by the absence of holes to allow fresh air in and out, so I created a canopy with an air intake and a small hatch that provides ventilation around the servos. No modifications are required; simply replace the existing components to improve airflow. The intake directs cool air directly to the ESC's left side, where mine is mounted. If your ESC is on the right, just mirror the part. The Canopy is secured with a 10x5 round magnet, while the small hatch uses a 5x5 round magnet for closure.
