I learned that the original Bitzenburger Fletching jig, an old but excellent fletching jig that I purchased about 20 years ago, had a nock-receiving-part with less exact 120° markings. (*)So I re-designed the original part with CAD- (fusion360) accuracy to be sure of exact measurements. At this moment it only has the standard 120° 3-vanes indentations.I might alter the design or make a new one for 4 fletchings 90 degrees4 fletchings 75 and 105 degrees… if needed!! unfortunatly supports will be needed!I printed it in PETG and PC (carbon fiber), worked excellent. PLA might do fine too.(*) new models of newly made jigs might no longer have this issue !?! Old ones do!
