Some parts I made for my lowboy. I'm building a quad PPG with an engine powered by the infamous Verner JCV-360, also known as the Hellcat 360 - this is no toy! This powerful beast is fueled by an injected system. To monitor its every move, I've mounted a trusty PPG-meter on the front right riser tube. I'm in the process of merging this with a sleek phone holder for an extra dose of style and convenience. As you'd expect from such an advanced machine, engine control unit, Fly Henry device, and all that jazz are tightly integrated to ensure seamless operation. You'll find them beautifully aligned back-to-back on a vertical tube behind my seat. Meanwhile, a compact 24V ni-cad pack has been carefully placed on the rear right main frame riser tube to keep everything humming along for starting and engine operations. This particular component features a sturdy design, allowing it to hold firm in its place even with rotational movement. It deserves some recognition! I must say, this innovative system seems impressive at first glance, doesn't it? Here's a little-known fact: to avoid having that pesky 9mm plastic fuel line get crushed under zip-tie pressure, I crafted an ultra-functional clip specifically for the job - all it requires is one single zip-tie. You know what's even better? After witnessing its efficiency firsthand, I thought, "Why stop here?" That's how a custom clamp for the 26mm frame came into existence - ideal for radiators and fuel tank breathers alike! Furthermore, when tackling the task of attaching that pesky fuel pump to a sturdy 29mm tube, a problem surfaced: it had a tendency to slide downward due to inadequate bottom support. Now I'm looking forward to putting an improved design into play; who knows, perhaps a couple modifications down the line. Currently, this model has two such clamps - fuelpumpclamp-29, and as they say in the trade, 'size matters'. They were built using a tried-and-tested approach: shorter is stronger, and two of them ensure my fuel lines run smoothly where I want them to! Another useful part you can find here, known as tbarbholder, facilitates a neat T-piece mount on that same 20mm tube - this means zip-tie storage at its finest, or so I claim!
