Heres a designed of an zip cable tie backpack mod for an S9, and a fan adapter to mount the 140mm Noctua 3000RPM. There is a option with, and without a handle. With handle the higher spacer wedges are necessary. Without handle the lower ones. Big Zip ties (10mm broad) are recommended! I have fixed the position of the 3d printed parts with double sided tape before i have tighten the zip ties. So everithing stays in place and fits perfectly. The handle is printed upside down with a lot of brim. I have used support blocker in cura where it not was neccesary.
