created from the .dxf file provided by BYU Reduced wall to save time and material Fillet on edges to reduce warping Adjusted the Logo Most importantly, note the following for a successful print (100% scale PLA 0.4mm nozzle): 1. perfectly level your bed, glass bed is the best 2. the "spring" is 0.5mm thick, so use a line width of 0.3mm and enable a bigger wall overlapping, make sure the springs are printed in exactly 2 walls 3. disable retractions by setting avoid traveling across outline, you do not want any retraction near the springs and you do not want the nozzle scratches on the thin springs 4. print the first layer very very slow, like 20% of your normal speed, and make sure it is perfect before going on (I recommend use the menu of your printer to reduce speed, watch how it goes, if everything goes well, increase the speed gradually to normal)
