BISSELL 1132 Symphony Latch
thingiverse
This is to replace the "BO FOOT LATCH HOOK" that is on a BISSELL 1132 Symphony™ All-In-One Vacuum and Steam Mop. It is the key piece that holds the mop head to the base. They do not sell this as a replacement part on their website. Molded this in TinkerCad using a digital caliper and the broken part as reference. Tolerances are tight for a good fit. Supports are not really needed but it helps the tabs keep their round shape. I just painted them on in Pursa Slicer and applied by enforcers. Printed at .1mm, 5 top and 5 bottom shell layers, 100% infill. For the supports I put the z contact distance at .25mm. Printed in cheap filament I bought off Amazon. Nozzle temp @205 for the first layer and 203 for other layers. (Using a micro swiss hot end on ender 3 v2.) Bed temp 60 for first layer and 57 for other layers. Retraction length 5mm. Z lift .3mm. Print time was just over an hour.
