To hone my skills in character design and 3D modeling, I embarked on a thorough exercise through the entire asset production pipeline as if I were crafting a character for a video game. The driving force behind Bisque's concept was to create an intriguing blend of styles. This character embodies three distinct aesthetics: the haunting essence of industrialization from the Victorian era (steampunk), the enigmatic tone of a woodland creature, and the playfulness of a magical chef. I depicted the steampunk aspect with the dark cloak and top hat, while the woodland creature is the character itself, and the chef's side is represented by the striped knot on his waist and the apron. I envision this character as someone who grew weary of their rural life and decided to venture out into the unknown, driven by a sense of curiosity about what lay beyond their familiar surroundings.
