I've made some hinges for the door of a cabinet where I put my 3D printer. Each hinge has two holes for M5 screws with hexagonal heads. The holes for the pin are 5mm in diameter, and the minimum pin length is 50mm. The maximum opening angle of the door is 90 degrees, but it can't be because it hits the hinge.
