Birth thingies (cards, presents etc)

In Belgium, we celebrate the birth of a new baby by sending out announcement cards to friends and family. When they visit, we give them a small gift filled with sweets. To decorate his room, I made a personalized chair and name plaque for my son using design files created in Inkscape. The card is cut from 3mm MDF and can fit in an envelope that meets the Belgian standard letter requirements. The bottom part can be separated to serve as a foot for the card. Some people may need instructions on how to use this feature. The little chair, also made of 3mm MDF, requires glue in the corners if given to children or clumsy individuals. It comes with a removable lid that can hold sweets. The large chair is cut from 9mm MDF and must be assembled with glue and nails for extra strength as it needs to withstand rough treatment from toddlers. It features engraved icons representing the four seasons. There's also a small label cut from 3mm MDF with a hole for attaching a ribbon, and a large name plate cut from 3mm MDF as well.
