Birdhouse holes for specific birds. Chickadee, Wren, Nuthatch
thingiverse
Birdhouse holes are a simple yet effective way to invite or exclude specific birds from your birdhouse. To do this, simply screw the hole of your choice into the front of your birdhouse. A 1" hole is perfect for Wrens, while Chickadees prefer a slightly larger 1.125" opening. Nuthatches can fit through a 1.25" hole, and the Eastern Nuthatch requires an even larger 1.5" entrance. The mounting pattern remains the same across all these options, making it easy to switch up your birdhouse configuration from season to season if you wish to do so.
