Birdhouse
thingiverse
I built a one-quarter scale replica of my Grandfather's birdhouse from scratch. I designed it using Autodesk Inventor 2015, bringing the nostalgic structure back to life. The details were crucial; I made sure to include everything from the wooden planks to the rusty nails. It was a challenge, but in the end, my creation stood out. I experimented with various Print Settings to achieve perfection. When it came down to the Rafts, I deliberately ignored convention and chose Not To Matter – the outcome was unexpected yet impressive. I followed suit when deciding on Supports; ignoring that too added an element of excitement. My resolution was another crucial factor: once again, choosing Doesn't Matter proved a great decision. Lastly, my Infill percentage hovered between 50-70%, creating an ideal blend of sturdiness and aesthetic appeal. Enjoy the replica of the classic birdhouse – it's a true marvel of modern engineering.
