I built a simple birdhouse for my kid. The fit is extremely precise and I had to shave off some excess plastic to get it just right. Fortunately, no glue was needed so that's a definite plus. I opted for a 10% infill setting to create some air space inside the birdhouse, which should provide decent insulation in theory. Adding supports near the entrance hole will prevent any potential issues with stringing or warping if you want to avoid those problems altogether.
