My grandmother had a couple of these bird whirligigs with broken wings and I thought it would be a fun 3D printing project to make replacement parts.Printed upright (as in the stl file), the wing is narrow enough that the supports touching the base remove fairly easily.  There are two different models because they are meant to spin in different directions.I'd recommend ABS or ASA for outdoor use.
