The excavations at Necropolis Perevolochan-2, located in Russia's Republic of Bashkortostan within Khaibullinsky District, uncovered a significant find in 2008. A horse bridle adorned with a bronze cheek-piece featuring gryphon's head ends was discovered in Kurgan number 2. The bridle itself is made entirely of bronze and showcases exceptional casting skills characteristic of the Iron Age. This remarkable artifact dates back to the end of the V-IV century BC, firmly placing it within the Sarmatian culture sphere.
