Bird Feeder

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F0DTYQ5W6ss I've spent over a year working on this project, and I'm finally satisfied enough with the outcome to share it online. The objective was to design a contemporary bird feeder that's easy to set up and has a convenient refilling process. What bothers me is that since it's intended for hanging from a tree, it rotates and sways occasionally. Fortunately, the birds don't seem to mind much. Three of these feeders were hung in different locations, and two are getting heavy use. The third one isn't being used as frequently. Keep in mind that the type of food inside the feeder and its location greatly impact how much the birds accept it. Both the "High Capacity" and "Low Capacity Lower" models require additional support for printing. Six-millimeter diameter rods, preferably made of wood, would be ideal. You can apply hot glue around the rope where it passes through the roof to seal it from water. Just ensure it's still possible to lift.
With this file you will be able to print Bird Feeder with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Bird Feeder.
