BIQU MAGICIAN Heatbed Mounting Kit This kit includes all the necessary components to install a heat bed on your BIQU MAGICIAN printer. To cut the acrylic sheet, use a dxf file and t5 settings. This will create four holes for the heat bed mounting screws. The holes are countersunk so that they don't interfere with the bed's surface. For the heat bed mounting posts, use four PEEK or PPS hexagonal posts (M3 nut, 10mm height). These posts will be used to attach the heat bed to the printer frame. Eight M3x8L screws are required for fixation (make sure the screw length is adjusted so that the top and bottom screws do not touch). To enable the heat bed settings, insert a micro SD card into the control board with the correct settings file. Then, connect the heat bed's thermistor to the control board. Since the bed height has changed, you will need to adjust the Z-offset value to zero out the bed surface. After that, perform a bed leveling test to complete the setup. The included 12V 10A power supply works fine, but the AC adapter gets quite hot during use. It's recommended to replace it with a more powerful power supply for better performance and longevity.
