Biqu Laser Engraver Endstop Mounts

These are X and Y endstop mounts for the Biqu Laser Engraver. SAFETY NOTE!!! Lasers are nothing to mess with. Please, please, please....wear your goggles EVERY TIME YOU ARE RUNNING THE LASER! Anything above 500mW is considered Class 4. Even the briefest of flashes can permanently cause eye damage or blindness. You only have one set of eyes. This thing is incredibly bright while lasing, even from a distance. Keeps your kids away, lock the door to prevent someone walking in and post a sign letting people know you're running a laser. Safety rant over... The laser engraver I bought is sold by Biqu, but is pretty much the same as any "LaserAxe" unit. Mine happens to have the 7000 mW laser head, but the frame style and control boards are all the same. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0716WJ96L/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Since it's running GRBL, and it has the connections on the board for it, I added endstops to be able to run the homing routine. Just simple mechanical lever switches, wired up Normally Open. Yes, the way they are mounted makes 0,0 in the upper right of the machine. This is normal for most CNC machines. I am using both T2 Laser and Laser Web v4 to run the machine. T2 Laser comes with a customized version of GRBL for the LaserAxe control boards. It seems they use a slightly different pinout. I'm running GRBL 1.1f. I set parameter $27 (Homing pull-off) = 2.000. But you may need more depending on your switch. The X endstop mounts to the rear plate for the gantry using the lower roller bolts. The Y endstop mounts to the extrusion using standard drop in nuts and 3mm bolts. The mounts both have a 1mm hole for the switches. I drilled them out to 2mm and just screwed in my screws. No nuts. But you should check your mounting dimension to verify your switches will line up. I printed these in PETG, but pretty sure you could use whatever filament you like.
