BIQU H2 V2 extruder - complete mount for your Artillery Sidewinder X1 this is final version, fully working At first I have downloaded supplied files from BIQU website but the mount they have there would place the extruded too high and X axis plate would hit the bed before hot end is anywhere near it. So I have taken this mount from BIQU as a base and reworked it to this final shape which can accommodate H2 V2 extruder, part cooling 5015 centrifuge fan, BL touch and also original little junction board for flat cable and other connections. Extruder itself is attached by 4 screws - 2 from the back and two from the top - this is necessary to keep extruder in position. Original BIQU mount only offered 2 screws from the back and extruder would go loose after a short, couple hours print, ruining the work. Connecting junction board to extruder motor can still be done by original cable by I would recommend you to make a new and little longer cable which can then be stowed with all the other wiring. Part cooling shroud is made to accommodate your heating with holes for thermistor and heater facing front and back, it allows the cables to hide bellow the extruder. I haven't tried it but it will likely not fit your heat block turned 90° as I have seen on pictures some are using it in this set up. Part cooling fan holder is made to accommodate 5015 centrifuge fan and will allow bolts M4 to cut their threads into the holes made for the purpose - no nuts needed! - indeed depends on precision of machine printing the bracket. Fitting material needed - cross head screws with washer and spring washer M3 x 16 mm ....... 5 pcs - to attach extruder to the mount (4) and for BL touch slider (1) - 12mm long might be actually also enough looking at it now - cross head screws with washer and spring washer M3 x 12 mm ....... 2 pcs - to attach junction board to the holder - Allen key head screw M3 x 12 mm ...... 2 pcs - to attach part cooling fan holder to the extruder - Allen key head screw M4 x 23 mm ....... 2 pcs - to secure the 5015 fan and front facing plate with BL touch slide - any screw with flat head M3 x 14 mm ....... 2 pcs - to attach whole mount to the X axis carrier, I suggest to use these with washers and nut, securing the bolt against the mount, preventing them from getting loose - nut M3 - the only x1 nut you'll need is at the back of fan plate, pushed into its slot and is there for BL touch slider bolt LOL Good luck with that I'd like to see your experience in the comments.
