BIQU H2 to Ender 3 Mount and Fan Duct

Here is a mounting and fan duct system for the BIQU H2 extruder. The mount includes routing and fastening points for the wires. I was able to center the nozzle in X to match the OEM Ender 3 nozzle. However, the Y has been offset around -25mm. To correct for this you can either drill a second hole in the bed mount and move it toward you by the distance between the two mounting holes, or do the same to both of the frame legs. I have included a centered fan bracket as well if you want to make your own duct or use it without one. Unfortunately, the mounting holes are on the back and covered by the E3 roller plate, making it necessary to remove the whole roller assembly if you need to break down the extruder for a jamb. I might see if I can make one strong enough that uses the two top screw holes and some pins instead of screws on the back in the future. The design of the extruder isn't exactly perfect for jamb clearing. The duct attempts to get even flow in all directions around the nozzle. It could still use CFD optimization but does pretty well as is. It uses a 5015 fan. Some of the air flows across the stepper to help cool it as well. The heater I used had crimps well away from the body that would fall under the bracket and cause interference. I trimmed them shorter and recrimped and soldered them. After installing the extruder I used to Pronterface to reset the E-steps to 930. It is over extruding though, so needs further tuning. I also think the stepper may be getting too much current as it gets rather hot. I added the wiring channel for the stepper motor after printing the one pictured, so yours is improved over that on my printer. This project took quite a bit of time.
