BIqu H2 Cable Chain Riser with ADXL mount

I designed this for a specific need. My wires run in front of the gantry and I needed a hotend cable chain adapter that was tall. Simultaneously, I was doing input shaper tests on my machine and needed a mount that wasn't tied to a hotend fan or duct as they tend to change often. I'm using a Fsytec cable chain that's approximately 22.5mm wide and this is designed so it sits in the middle of the ears and has a 4mm bolt running through it
