BIQU H2 5015 fan mount and duct remixed

After using the fan mount and duct by eight_heads for a few days, I found that the fan duct was sometimes hitting the build deck and the printed parts. When it didn't hit, it was very, very close to the deck. In my situation it just wasn't going to work. So I edited the mounting bracket to move the duct a bit higher. I had plenty of room between the top of the duct and the bottom of the extruder, so raising the duct was not a problem. I have included two remixed mounting plates, one which should move the duct up 1mm and one that should raise it 2mm. The 1mm worked fine for me. I have also included the duct, to which my only change was to remove the BX branding (because my machine isn't a BX).
