BIQU H2 40mm Extruder Fan Extended Adapter (13.5mm Tall) with BLTouch and CR Touch Mounts (The Claw Duct Compatible)

This is the extended version of my adapter for the BIQU H2 that lets you replace the 35mm heatsink fan with a 40mm one (4010 or 4020). This is designed to work with my H2 mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4893522) and is compatible with The Claw fang duct (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5202213). This adapter is only really needed if you want to run a quieter fan or need more cooling if running very high nozzle temperatures, otherwise you should stick with the 35mm fan. Depending on your setup and which fan you go with, you may lose some x travel to the left. Be sure to make adjustments to maximum x travel and your probe offset in your printer's config. If you are currently using my BIQU H2 mount, this keeps the ~5mm border on the left edge of the bed. • With 4010 Fan: [stepper_x] position_endstop: Subtract 13.5 from the current X value. position_max: Subtract 13.5 from the current X value. [safe_z_home] home_xy_position: Subtract 6.75 from the current X value. [bltouch] x_offset: -47.7 y_offset: 0 [bed_mesh] mesh_max: Subtract 47.7 from the new [stepper_x] position_max value. • With 4020 Fan: [stepper_x] position_endstop: Subtract 23.5 from the current X value. position_max: Subtract 23.5 from the current X value. [safe_z_home] home_xy_position: Subtract 11.75 from the current X value. [bltouch] x_offset: -57.7 y_offset: 0 [bed_mesh] mesh_max: Subtract 57.7 from the new [stepper_x] position_max value.
