BIQU B1 - Prometheus Dragon conversion

Prometheus is a drop in replacement for the standard BIQU B1 hotend, with one distinct difference... you can mount a Dragon or other V6 compatible hotend. Note: The hotend collar to nozzle tip, length of your hotend should be approximately 63mm. I have added a BLTouch mounting option, this is a work in progress, for testing and feedback. Please take a moment to read the entire Build Guide prior to undertaking this project, as it contains important information regarding parts needed, slicing, construction and 2 mandatory (reversible) B1 modifications. Thanks to BIQU for their versatile 3d printing platform and my fellow B1 user whom inspired this build.
