Biqu B1 Lead Screw Stabilizer and Filament Guide
thingiverse
This is a lead screw stabilizer for the Biqu B1 intended to be mounted on the top horizontal 2020 extrusion using the provided bolts and T-nuts in the "spare parts" bag (check the picture). There are many designs out there with bearings but in case bearings are expensive for you or you just want a quick solution, here's my plastic-only design. I have included the step file since your lead screw might be slightly different to mine and you might need to adjust the bore diameter. For me, my lead screw is around 8mm and I found a bore diameter of 8.5mm to be a good fit that stabilizes the LS without hampering its rotation. This design also includes a semicircular section that acts as a filament guide; it's intended to be used if you have mounted your filament holder on the right side of the printer (looking from the front) and pointing towards the front. I feel like mounting it this way is better for the torsion forces on the frame, since the left vertical extrusion only has to bear the weight of the Z-axis assembly while the right extrusion can bear the filament holder weight.
