This is a Spacer in different thicknesses from 1.0mm to 2.0mm to Fix the Gap between the Hotend Assembly and the X-Axes Carriage (see Photo). It fits between the Adapter Cover Plate on the Back of the Hotend and the PCB. I've printed the 1.2mm Version for my printer and it works with the stock screws. If your Gap is bigger, you may need longer screws!
