To create Extruder drive gears, I required a D-shaft for Stepper motors. Utilizing my BIQ tool, I laser cut and ground parts, ensuring wires were securely connected to prevent motor movement. After assembling the components, fitting the stepper motor and round dust guard, I secured the shaft in a vice for filing or grinding the D-shape.
